What to Expect Next

If you are interested in adopting one of our puppies, place a $200 down payment, here. Down payments are non refundable during the sale of a litter. However if there are more down payments than puppies in a litter you can choose a refund or apply towards our next litter.  Then fill out the application, in order for us to get to know you better, here.

Once you have placed a down payment and filled out the application, you have a place in line for your new puppy.  You will make a selection from the current litter reserving your puppy. At this point if you are close enough and want to come visit in person, you are welcome to do so once they are 5 weeks old. We are also more than willing to set up a video call for you to see them.

Once the puppies are 8 weeks old, its time for them to go to their forever homes. We will work with you to accommodate pick up times, deliveries or meeting you somewhere in-between. If you are unable to travel to the Sugarcreek, OH area, ask us about delivery.

We want to see you and your puppy succeed from day one.  We have put together a puppy package that includes things like: a notebook full of information about your puppy, toys to get you started, a bag of food to help your companion transition, a blanket that smells like the litter, even some of their favorite toys. Our goal is to be here after the sale, to help you and your new friend hit it off. There are many benefits to adopting a puppy with Hillcrest Goldens. Another benefit is up to $100 off fundamentals training or off the cost of spay and neutering, ASK US MORE!  We are also committed to giving a portion of all sales to a local none profit or missionary.
